Fundamental Friday is designed to help you master the game from the ground up! This lacrosse clinic focuses on stickwork, trickwork, dodging, shooting, footwork, and ground balls, breaking the game down to its basics to build a strong foundation for athletes of all levels. Our sessions are tailored to the individual player, with coaching and instruction adjusted for each skill level. You’ll receive personalized feedback and experience challenging drills that meet you where you are—whether you’re a beginner or playing at the elite level. Join us to refine your fundamentals and take your game to the next level!

While this is an optional offering, we can’t wait to see our club players putting in the hard work to prepare for their spring seasons. It’s more than just luck.

Station Sunday is the ultimate high-energy lacrosse training! With multiple stations, athletes will maximize their effort and focus on the field, cycling through targeted, position-based exercises. Need a water break?
